Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.

If a shipment is delayed beyond 15 business days, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. Confirmed lost shipments will be replaced or refunded.
